If you wish to edit the document and e-mail, please save the Word DOC to your computer, edit, save and e-mail to membership director.. or hand deliver at any monthly meeting.
Application for membership must be accompanied by a cheque for initiation and year's membership plus GST ($311.64 in total, refundable if application withdrawn on not accepted) payable to Nanaimo Flying Club and sent to:

Please indicate if you will be wanting a parking space and/or fuel key, payment for which can be made after acceptance.
All applications will have to be authorized by the executive, then voted on at the next general meeting. Membership will start when payment in full has been received.
