Honorary Life Member Don Crocker has provided us with documents that relate the story of our flying club right back to its inception in 1946.
Stories, newspaper clippings, club events, humour, tragedy and pictures of memorable old aircraft – – they’re all there.
Unfortunately, the original material was no longer available and Don had only photocopies, which are of less than optimum quality. Nevertheless, I have tried to make them as legible as possible. To keep the material of manageable size (90 pages in total), I have divided it into several files.
We have a long and rich history in the NFC.
